How much does Osie cost?
Osie starts at $0/month with 100 free conversations. The Growth plan is $49/month for 1,000 conversations, and the Scale plan is $149/month for 5,000 conversations. You pay per conversation, not per agent seat — so there are no surprise costs as your team grows.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a complete customer interaction — from the first message to resolution. Whether it's 2 messages or 20, it counts as one conversation. Conversations that Osie resolves and ones escalated to you both count.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. We want you to succeed with Osie.
How does Osie compare to hiring a support agent?

Is my store data secure?

Is Osie GDPR compliant?
Yes. Osie is built with GDPR compliance in mind. We process data only as needed to provide the service, support data deletion requests, and maintain clear data processing documentation.
What data does Osie access from my store?
Osie accesses product catalog data, order status and tracking information, and the knowledge base you configure (FAQs, policies). It only reads the data needed to answer customer questions — it never modifies your store data, processes payments, or accesses sensitive financial information.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard settings. We process data deletion requests promptly and completely.
WooCommerce Integration
How does Osie connect to WooCommerce?
Osie connects through our official WooCommerce plugin. Install it from your WordPress admin, authorize the connection with one click, and Osie automatically syncs your products, orders, and store settings. No API keys to copy, no webhooks to configure manually.
Will Osie slow down my store?
No. The Osie plugin is lightweight and loads asynchronously. The chat widget is lazy-loaded so it doesn't affect your page load speed or Core Web Vitals scores.
Does Osie work with WooCommerce extensions?
Osie works with standard WooCommerce order and product data. It's compatible with popular extensions for shipping, returns, and product variations. If you use a specific extension, contact us and we'll confirm compatibility.
Do you support Shopify?
Not yet. We're building for WooCommerce first to get the experience right. Shopify and BigCommerce integrations are on our roadmap. Sign up to get notified when they're available.
Can I use Osie on multiple WooCommerce stores?
Yes. On the Growth plan and above, you can connect unlimited WooCommerce stores. Each store gets its own knowledge base and configuration, so Osie gives the right answers for each store.
Troubleshooting
Osie isn't showing order data — what should I check?
First, verify the WooCommerce plugin is active and connected in your Osie dashboard under Integrations. Then check that your WooCommerce REST API is enabled (WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API). If the issue persists, try re-syncing your store data from the Osie dashboard.
The chat widget isn't appearing on my site
Make sure the Osie widget code is installed on your site — you can find it in your Osie dashboard under Widget settings. If you're using a caching plugin, clear your cache after installing. Also check that no ad blocker or security plugin is blocking the widget script.
How do I update my return policy in Osie?
Go to your Osie dashboard, navigate to Knowledge Base, and edit or add your return policy. Changes take effect immediately — Osie will use the updated policy for all new conversations.
